Dennis was absolutely incredible!!! As the executor of the estate and being from out of state I needed someone who had in depth knowledge of the market, understood pricing strategies and someone who quite frankly could do it all for me. Dennis recommended some improvements to the house to maximize its value and it worked. Dennis went so far as being my general contractor. He interviewed and hired clean out specialists, painters and flooring contractors (Dennis even picked up the materials so the job could start on time) who completed the work within 2 weeks. Dennis also introduced me to an excellent law firm that coordinated with my estate attorney for a flawless closing. When the home was listed, I told Dennis I would love to NOT have to come back (6-hour drive) to do anything with the house. He said no worries I have you covered. He surely did. I highly recommend Dennis Murphy.
